special arrangement has been made for after hours support. Email is
monitored after hours and on weekends, but may not be as quick as
reaching us by phone during office hours.

find our system barcode number on the equipment, so that we can
identify the type of equipment. This barcode is typically on the back
of the desktop computer or on the bottom of the notebook.
If possible, please be next to the computer, so that we can
walk you through some basic troubleshooting checks. This can help
resolve quickly where the problem is located.
